Pycrostates
An open-source Python package for analyzing EEG microstates developed to work with MNE-python.
Pycartool
PyCartool is a simple open source Python package which provides I/O for most Cartool file formats as well as additional computing features.
Blender Brain Atlas
BlenderBrainAtlas is a script to create 3D objects from a MRI segmentation file (usually preprocessed thanks to Freesurfer). It generates a single 3D object (outer shell) for each brain’s region of interest contained in the MRI file.
