class meegpype.interfaces.mne.fiducials.ApplyTransform(from_file=None, resource_monitor=None, ignore_exception=False, **inputs)🔗

Mandatory Inputs:

fiducials (a dictionary with keys which are any value and with values which are any value) – The fiducials file in T1w voxel space.
fsnative (a string or os.PathLike object) – The target image file in which fiducials will be defined (RAS surface).
vox2vox (a string or os.PathLike object) – The voxel to voxel lta transform from T1w to fsnative space.

Outputs:

fiducials (a pathlike object or string representing an existing file) – The fiducial .fif file in fsnative surface RAS space (m).
