class meegpype.interfaces.mne.headsurf.MakeHeadSurface(from_file=None, resource_monitor=None, ignore_exception=False, **inputs)🔗

Bases: BaseInterface

Mandatory Inputs:

  • subject (a string) – Subject ID (required).

  • subjects_dir (a pathlike object or string representing an existing directory) – Subjects directory.

Optional Inputs:

  • force (a boolean) – Force creation of the surface even if it has some topological defects.

  • mri (a string) – The MRI to use. Should exist in ‘$SUBJECTS_DIR/$SUBJECT/mri’.

  • no_decimate (a boolean) – Disable the “medium” and “sparse” decimations. In this case, only a “dense” surface will be generated.

  • overwrite (a boolean) – Overwrite existing files.

  • threshold (an integer) – The threshold to use with the MRI in the call to mkheadsurf. The default is 20.

  • verbose (a boolean) – Enable verbose mode (printing of log messages).

Outputs:

  • head_dense (a string or os.PathLike object referring to an existing file) – High density head surface file.

  • subject (a string) – Subject ID.

  • subjects_dir (a pathlike object or string representing a directory) – Subjects directory.
